Jin Shiqiang's mechanical equipment research and development department was established in 2005, initially composed of several workers skilled in transforming textile machinery equipment. While working, they manually made defective mechanical parts in the equipment to achieve efficient and stable operation of textile equipment. Even though a few workers who modified the equipment had high skills, they could not solve the problems of low-speed rapier looms with a speed of 170, low output, low efficiency, high cost, high manpower, poor towel quality, and high defect rate. In 2014, the factory purchased a high-speed rapier loom with a speed of 350 rpm, which doubled the efficiency. However, the after-sales maintenance cost was high and could not adapt to a wide range of yarns, resulting in extremely high demand for cotton yarn.
